Born out of a successful cabaret theatre show five years ago, Ruby's Lounge and Bistro was the inspiration of two artistic worlds coming together to create a permanent base for a theatre bar and resaurant. Enter our world of great food, drink and entertainment. Inspired by the Art Deco style of 20's/30's ear and housed in one of Jersey's most spectacular buildings, Ruby's also holds hidden surpries within our family walls. Set in our beautiful capital of St Helier, we serve family inspired menus with an a la carte twist for those special occasions in our individually designed dining rooms.
